I had this problem with ram that wasn't bad on a system that I wasn't overclocking and all I had to do was raise the voltage going to the ram... as I raised the voltage slowly I would get less and less blue screens until now, I never get blue screens anymore. Its at 1.8 I think.

i've had mine set to 85... which is just what it was at when i installed it for 2 months with no problems
