Need a good little program to change 100's of bmps to jpegs all at once?

looking for a program to take the SS I take from games, 100's of Bmps and save them all as Jpegs with the files name still the same. The less intrusive and small the program is the better. Up until now i've been doing this by hand but it is getting really tedious.

Typically slide-show proggies like ACDSee or IrfanView should do
the trick. ;)
 
Thanks, IrfanView did the trick in seconds. Only 1.23 Mb and free too! Can't believe I had been doing that one at a time before haha. Thanks!
