just for future reference for you or anyone else doing the same.if you are in the states, and having a foreign cc issue.just goto wal mart and you can buy prepaid credit cards.that would totally solve that issue.
you should defo have some sound shops down there.go listen to several brands of speakers before buying any.because the most important aspect of sound is does it sound good to you.
ok lets get to the point im making here.dont always be a stickler to the specs.i can tell you basically know what your on about.always be sure when giving advice tell people to go listen.because one thing is a fact no 2 people have all the exact same dimensions in their head cavities.so that...
they say the.same about all profesional reviewers on forums.its people/trying to act more important than what they are typical human behavior.if nothing they say is trustworthy why trust the graph.that could be altered to show anything they want.read around the net not only pro reviews also look...
yup which does not dictate sound quality.speakers can measure flat and sound like crap.
you also failed to read the article didnt you,or you would have seen this.
i quote"But it was his comment that the sound of the Atom "was what the High End is all about" "
that nad equipment is hard to beat.they have a quality sound for sure.depending on how loud you wanna play.the higher the speakers sensitivity the better.
is any of the sound devices set to "allow devices to take exclusive control of this device"if so deselecting this option in sound properties may fix your issue.sounds like one or the other is taking priority of a sound device.
yup using deoxit in the volume pot could be a solution as well.
just to add to see if this could be your problem.start some music playing on them, and wiggle the volume knob.if you get intermittent sound that is your issue.
the advice given by a couple folks in this thread is always the best method.go listen to all the speakers you are considering, and get the ones that sound best to you.
yeah the brown gunk as you described it is an adhesive.tesla got it right about caps will look bulged when they go.ive even seen the entire top of the cap blown off before.do you own or can you borrow a multimeter?if so check for dc in the output if it has above a decimal point of dc.it is...
the poster above me has these JBL LSR2325p jbl is legendary for there sound quality.i wouldnt consider jbl home speakers anymore.there pro gear lineup is still up to snuff though.
really awesome! the dta-1 which is just a clone of the original tripath amp.its sound quality has been compared to amps costing 1000's of dollars.has that sherwood ?i can answer that no.ya know why because its sound quality isnt all that.my comment was showing i have more experience than just...
ive had a recent offereing from sherwood, and its sound isnt all that.specs alone dont tell about quality.low distortion doesnt equate good soundstage and imaging.i will agree the scythe unit is probably garbage.
oh and whatever the audioholics thing is i cant see without a sign in.and if ur a...
no its not doubling the power raises sound 3db doubling loudness is 10db increase.
just to if you think that cheap reciever has "real amps" in it your not very experienced in the audio field.
the terrible static and popping you are hearing is dc voltage.that isnt clipping, that is when the output is driven to 10% distortion levels, and the sign wave becomes a square wave.the noise you are hearing is a sign of toasted output transistors.
id take a t-amp over that reciever any day of the week.the quality of the sound just isnt comparable.the sound of t-amps have been compared to amps costing 1000's of dollars.a t_amp like this at 25wpc the 100w reciever would only play about 6 decibels louder.which isnt that significant of a...
not sure about the most comfortable, but i can say what the worst was.the most uncomfortable headphones ive ever used was turtlebeach hpa1!those things wre ear killers defo stay away.

it says it comes with a free pair of speakers.would be alot better than the dell, and you could upgrade the speakers at a later date if wanted.
personally my first thought is to reinstall your video drivers.ive seen this issue discussed to death at the evga forum.the hdmi audio part of your video card usually is the cause.install the video driver only, and not the sound part.
here is my vote.not totally with the specifications you listed.this is known to be a fantastic sounding unit however.

not always a prime example being bose.now after reading a bit about 0055's suggested speakers.they might be really awesome they are a waveguide type tweeter.i know the legendary zilch at audio karma was building some waveguide speakers.that were supposed to be totally awesome.
