    your PST file is too big. anything over 2gig will corrupt as yours has. you can truncate it with this but you will either need to split it into 2 files or do some serious archiving.

    my gigabyte to gigabyte sysprep didn't work. Think its just chance. by the way, I think sysprep clears your desktop and your documents. make sure you move anything from there you wanna keep.

    I think that is a problem with your codecs or a dud video as explorer is generating a thumbnail icon from the first frame of the video. try changing the icons from thumbnails to a list view or something. worked for me...

    oops, i forgot about this one. if you can get mbm to export a file, you can create a very simple batch file to upload it. obvioulsy you can add the batch file to your scheduled tasks. here's some info on ftp in batch files http://www.robvanderwoude.com/index.html there's plenty more on google.

    You do use it. it forms part of your windows explorer system. best thing you can do is make sure its up to date and hide the icons on your desktop. Also there are some crappy sites that refuse to work unless under IE, so hold onto it.
