What Oqvist speaks is the truth. I went from a gamepad to the MS wheel with forza 2, and had a similar experience.
You need to relearn the game. Start with basic low class cars, miatas, focuses, m3's(stock), drive tracks you are familiar with, or maybe turn on the suggested line, and run that...
For those of you who have been into a game, were you running the purchased game or the trial? I have the trial and haven't been able to get into a game yet.
Project Reality can be really fun, but caters to a different kind of player. The matches are hours long, you must join a squad, every member has a specific role, if you attempt to go out and "lone wolf" you will die, you have to request specific kits for roles, such as tanker, pilot, crewman...
Anyone know when this will be on the marketplace, I cannot use the link above to send it to the xbox. Thanks
Edit: It worked through the above link thanks. Problem was with my comp, not the link.
Yeah, The MS VGA kit came with the RCA to 1/8th in jack. I bought the MS kit for around 25 dollars. (employee price). I would buy a used one or look for one on clearance/sale, I have nothing but good things to say about the MS VGA kit, used it for about two years, used it just 5 minutes ago. lol
I work as a Geek Squad agent at Best Buy, and deal with a lot of customer returns/issues. We see a lot of Toshiba laptops. This may be because we sell a lot of them, but compared to other high volume sellers, I believe we see the highest ratio of Toshibas come back/per unit sold.
They have...
Fun game, definitely worth the 20 or 30 dollars. With a team working together, the online experience is great, especially when nukes come into play. Like said above, the multiplayer aspect seals the deal.
Count this guy in for Forza 3. Forza 2 was great, 3 looks awesome. It will be a busy fall lol, we got Forza 3, NFS Speed Shift, Dirt 2, just in the Xbox racing department.
Great mag. I have been getting it free through this offer when it happened last year, if you have some interest in motorcycles, go for it.
Thanks for the link. Will renew.
I am wondering the same thing, as I have a brand new 60GB 360, as well as my '07 20GB Xbox. I have not tried the seattle area Craiglist, as I can't decide whether to sell it or not, but I might just keep it, especially with the low resale value these things have, and mod my 20GB 360 or sell it...

I have seen a couple Emachines with the same symptoms you describe, and could not get them to POST for my life, they ended up needing new mobos+PSUs. Obviously not worth repairing.
Yep, like you said, pull their drive and transfer everything to a new computer.
Ordered some yellow acrylic sheets for some foglights from http://www.estreetplastics.com/, delivered quickly, cheap, great store, would use again in a heartbeat.
Thanks for the link, ordered one, for $10, what the hell, never use that express card slot anyway.
According to the eggs main page this is their current Shell Shocker.
You most likely need to delete the upper and lower filters in the registry for the drive. Not a huge issue.
follow this Microsoft guide, go to advanced troubleshooting:

Does the drive show up in my computer? Have you tried deleting the upper and lower filters for the drives from the registry?

Thanks for those codes, they carry a ton of points now that all the quizzes are worth 100 points. I am also listed as a "Veteran" now to, for what its worth.
The rewards are very poor, IMO, even more so when the higher status does not unlock any worthwhile rewards.
No problem, glad to here it.
bigdogchris, I have seen this a fair amount, usually with HP laptops, as for what causes it, your guess is as good as mine, but what ever it is screws up the registry entries. I have never had it happen it to any of my machines that I use or built, but I have...

The UPS guy just delivered some packages to me from family by dragging a hand truck full of packages through ice and snow, I live down some nasty hills and he had to leave his truck a ways away, they are trying to deliver guys, cut them some slack.
Thanks for the I am back promo code guys, I am sitting at 3000 points now, and it looks like I need to wait until Jan 1 in order to raise my level from newbie.
I am at 1100 points now. There are little product boxes in the rewards section with question marks in them, and a description that says that higher levels will get better rewards. I will update.
And the quizzes are so slow, loading them drives me mad.
I too have had AMAZING customer support by Evga.
I had a 7900GT KO that I never registered. Two and a half years later I get artifacting in certain applications. Evga sends me a 8800GT 512mb, no questions asked.
I highly recommend Evga, first rate company.
I am tempted pick one up as well, but does anyone know what the specs are? It says one list of specs under the title, than another different list in the description, I guess the one under the title is accurate, but its worse spec'd then.
