This person is saying you can format in Win7 and disable the use of the jumper so it doesn't go misaligned in WHS. I'm not sure how confident I am in this. Any other thoughts?

Problem is WHS V2 no longer retains the NTFS format.

DON'T USE THIS IN WHS VERSION 1
if you use XP, WHS, and some versions of linux which start at Sector 63, the drive format is misaligned, and the 512k emulation does not compensate for this. This results in a 50% slowdown in write performance.

These were not oem e4300s in San Diego. They were bundling the retail boxes. This was an amazing deal. I have the e4300 and ECS board running at 2.70 Ghz. Incredible value for $100. Just do the pad mod to get it to 2.4 Ghz and then set the bus to 300 in the bios to get 2.70 Ghz and you have a...
Bad news with the 3.3 revision. I got a hold of a 3.3 and tested it out.
With the 2.0 revision I was hitting 3.6 Ghz with an E6600. The 3.3 revision won't even post for me at 2.7 Ghz. All the same hardware and all the same bios settings. What the hell did they change??!!
I can guarantee you with 100% certainty the site is a scam. You just opened up a can of hassle and for yourself and credit card fraud. If they send you a box filled with rocks that weigh the same as what you ordered and do tracking as proof of delivery how are you going to prove to your CC...
Why do so many people have their computers on their desk at ear level? Doesn't the fan / optical drive / hard drive noise annoy you? Mine is under my desk and it's still not far enough away from my ears.
I think you should check out a Westy 37" before talking about it in such a disparaging and somewhat uneducated manner. I have a Dell 24" and a Westy 37" and the Westy blows the Dell away. The Westy is vastly superior for gaming, movies, HDTV and is on par with the Dell for computer application...
Yes it's another full year of warranty.
As for the "grain of salt" part I have no idea where you are getting that from. The coverage from my Visa is the same coverage that the manufacturer provides. The CC company just doubles the terms of the manufacturer warranty for an extra year. Of...
The power consumption is < 210w (And is not hidden, it's on the CNET site under specs. It is also in my manual.)
Text IS sharp unless you shove your face up into the screen.
I have ZERO dead pixels on mine.
Warranty is two years if you buy with most Visa/MC/Amex.
This monitor was...
Ouch. I guess you missed my post a couple pages back that this TV is only $1100 + $51 shipping at J&R right now. Also most Visa/MC/Amex give a second year warranty for free, so if you buy a three year warranty it's in effect only a one year warranty since you will likely have coverage the first...
Westy is 1920 x 1080 and is 16x9
Dell is 1920 x 1200 and is 16x10 which means you will see black bars at the top and bottom of the screen when watching HDTV or DVDs which are 16x9.
NOW DEAD - PRICED RAISED BY $200
Great price!!

Everything seemed to run fine at 702/800. When I clicked the "Detect optimal frequencies" button in Coolbits it came back with 690/752. When I ran 3d mark 05 and 06 I got higher scores with the optimal frequencies of 690/752. Why would 702/800 give me lower scores?
The short answer is no.
The longer answer is there are HD DVDs but you need a special HD DVD player (very expensive right now) and an HDCP compliant monitor and video card.
