I just hope they rework the camera so that batman's phatass cape doesn't take up 40% of the screen. I couldn't take it while playing the console versions, eyefinity makes it more bearable.

Got a 7~ fps boost after the new drivers, very impressed! The game's lighting and DoF also look a little better, but that might just be cause I'm getting 30+ fps constant now. Everything on ultra except for uber sampling, stock hd 5850 and i7 860, 1080p res.

Bumping this. As this seems to be a reoccuring problem no matter how many times I reformat. Does anybody know a work around to this? Like booting counter-strike from a different folder..

Ditto, mine also makes that same noise. However, it's inaudible once I set the mouse down.

The problem was fixed... for 3 hours, then it came back. I forgot to install the VIA drivers, and after I did that my 3Dmark 01 score shot up from 16k -> 24k ( which is still a bit low ). Anyhow, all was going well and I had to reboot, upon rebooting.. BAM, barely 100fps constant in nature...

They don't use heatpads, they use what looks like arctic ceramique for the mem sinks and arctic silver for the core. I feel kind of pissed now, THAT was their last leadtek 6800GT as well. Combined with the fact that my new 3000 s939 WON'T work with my av8, this makes for a pretty shitty week.
