Can i use a Thermaltake w0007r (360w) in an Asus K8n?

I just got a ABIT NF7-s2g... I tried everything but it just doesnt boot... When i put an AthlonXP it make an strange noise (like an alarm) then shutoff When i put an AthlonTB it starts but nothing on screen... I also tried it with 2 memories... one 256 and other 512 What should i do...

A friend of mine get a NF7-S2 mobo 2 weeks ago... And he had lots of problems with it (very slow in some games, memory problems) so he went to the store to change it... He can change it for: Soyo KT600 Dragon Plus DFI KT600-AL Asus A7v600-x MSI K7N2 DELTA-L Which one is a better choice?
