My Abit won´t boot...

I just got a ABIT NF7-s2g...
I tried everything but it just doesnt boot...

When i put an AthlonXP it make an strange noise (like an alarm) then shutoff
When i put an AthlonTB it starts but nothing on screen...
I also tried it with 2 memories... one 256 and other 512

What should i do?
Should i send it for RMA (2 week without a motherboard)? Isnt there any hope?
I alrealdy clean the CMOS....


Someone help me plz...
 
did u clean cmos while removing the battery and disconnecting powersupply from the mobo? Try doing that and then rma it :D
 
Of couse I tried these thing...
I disconected every thing then conected them again...

god f**k abit i´m going to get an asus a7n8x-x...
