Get you some OCZ coppers ...I think I got 5mhz more on the mem clocks by adding them, But they do keep the memory cooler (10 degrees Farenheit cooler) In my opinion it's worth it , and they work with the VGA sliencer

I can tell you this the Bios DOES NOT increase Voltage to anything. I monitored this while flashing with my multimeter. I did'nt get any perfomance gain either I only got Strange Black lines in DX9 games and tests, so I flashed it Back. It is changing something (mem timings maybe) but not Voltage..

Personally I would'nt get a Dremel Near my Card one Slip and you'll have a 300.00 paperweight, But YOu Could use the Dremel to Modify the Zalman to make it Fit over your ramsinks..... This in my opinion is the Least Risky proposition.
