im never really played an mmorpg before, but isnt it common for a company to underestimate the amount of servers and bandwidth needed. and there is a period of time where everyone is mad because they are upgrading there servers and eventually everything gets better. so, just have a little patience

i would just like to say thank you. i never knew that there was any difference between ps2 and usb for a mouse and i just switched my mx700 to usb. it may just be in my head, but i think it is smoother.

i also had a problem when installing these. i installed it over 4.12b and got an error message that said try setting your card in vga mode (or vga drivers or some shit i dont remember). it was weird, but after uninstalling the current drivers and then running system restore i got it to work.

i had no problems other than sound stuttering which never really bothered me. so not everyone get errors, just a little sound stuttering when you save or it autosaves btw best sp ever

yeah im in it. i really like the new hud improvements and it is running very smooth (framerate-wise) for me, i dont remember if it ran that smoothly at previous beta events. and i think it gets more fun each new beta weekend

woah there. he got his stuff a few weeks after he payed for the steam version, which was available a few weeks before hl2 came out. i got gold also and i got my stuff in the mail a few weeks after i bought it, but it was the weekend before hl2 came out.

you are crazy this is the best game ever. just because some idiots dont know how to use steam, doesnt mean you shouldnt buy the game. it is so fun, probably best game ever, but i will reserve that until after i have beaten the game.
