Update for Windows 10 Fixes Issues with Gambryo Engine Games

There was a cumulative update released today for Windows 10 that fixes issues with NVIDIA video cards and Gamebryo powered games, including Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Oblivion. The update is KB3200970. I just finished playing 2 hours of a lightly modded Oblivion install to test and ran into no issues. Checking the RenderInfo.txt shows PS 2_a being properly detected for unrecognized hardware with shader package 13 selected.

The issue also affected AMD cards. Its good MS finally fixed the few DX9 issues with the new WDDM2.1.

Didn't realize. AMD's recent ridiculousness has kind of pushed me into an echo chamber. It's moved here to the general section now.
