OMG what did EK do?

If you notice they are using fogged instead of clear on the see through ones. Prolly to further cover up and make the shitty plating issue go away.
 
I've never seen the allure of nickel plating, so I when I put the WC system together I used all EK copper + acetal blocks. NOT the hideous CSQ stuff though. I agree their new stuff looks like something you'd see in a mid 60's James Bond movie, and not in a good way.

Copper can corrode/oxidize while nickel won't or is much less likely to.

It also looks better compared to copper :)
