Would you go MSI ACE or Carbon then?
I’m not mentioning godlike because that’s crazy price.
I have experienced the dead on arrival that asus randomly provides that’s for sure. I don’t know gigabyte but a lot of the reviews on Amazon are bad for aorus board line but that all could be related to...
So wait don’t buy it if I haven’t yet right?
What would you suggest because I’ve got i7-10 series 3600mhz 16gb ram 980 pro m.2 blah blah blah I’ve spent a lot of money want to have really good system but I haven’t decided on board yet.
Is a Maximus hero z490 really worth the price tag? Is it worth paying 200$ more than say a msi mpg z490 carbon? What real benefit will come from this extra cost?
How far is the 3080 behind that do you know anyone whose tested that with this game? I hear with the price point of the 3080 it’s not far behind the 3090.
I just want to say thanks so much for that recommendation man you solved my issues without me having to immediately upgrade I would have had no idea that DOF affected my fps so freaking much! Should I be using my gsync it would cap at 60fps at 4096 for my OLED tv but I am only getting make 42fps...
I am getting almost consistent 41 fps now WOW it does drop to 36 sometimes but this is so much better. Look at attached photo that looks pretty good
Well actually that photo looks like garbage for some reason print screen doesn't show how clear it really is as what I am actually seeing.
Ok update I turned off DOF the setting does say at higher resolutions that it can be put to low that just gave me like 10fps holy crap. Secondly Pendragon the aa setting is doing something to the water and lighting if I turn AA off it looks like the top of the water is slightly purple hue thats...
You aren't running at 4096 2160 though I bet because I turn them clouds to low I learned that in odyssey and rdr2 didn't think about DOF but I love dust particles and noticing the air in a room lol...
6 out of 8 which in other games I get really good fps but AC games are always tricky. If I went to 7 out of the 8 I would have 2 fps and a hell of a time trying to get out of the menu lol.
With the setting I set it at I mentioned above would a 3070 stutter if I kept it at 4096 it seems when I stay above 30fps things stay smooth. I imagine the 10gb of vram over the 8gb my 2060 super offer would help with that? I guess what I am saying is if I can't get 60fps consistent would a 3070...
Dang dude where are we its 2020 why cant we do it yet and why do they talk about 8k when we can't even do max 4k. I would settle for solid 40fps at max 4k.
Thanks for that! The only reason I bump to 4096 2160 from 3840 is the noticeable increase of lighting and sharpness I am gaming on a C9 LG OLED tv and that may be why but that bump is a world of difference in quality for me. I feel like I am stuck at that resolution. I could put to 1440 and have...
Pendragon1,
Is there anything under a 3080 I can get that's actually available that would solve this for me? Would a 2070 Super give me the same result?
Question is it my card or the game. Valhalla at 4096 2160 I have got mostly everything at ultra or high and I play at 4096 2160 it's around 29fps but it randomly looks like its lagging but I don't see framerate drop. Is it the game or my 2060 Super gasping for air. I have it oc'd to the max and...
I am going to give full details sorry for length but the more info you have the better intel you can give me.
I have 2 m.2 ssd’ some is a Samsung 970 evo that’s my boot drive the second is a 860 black that’s backup for files.
I have a 2060 super it’s overclocked as far as I can go with msi...
