I use to have the same LG 4K Monitor and sold it. Mainly because the Philips was more immersive for gaming due to it's size. I really loved the colour fidelity on the LG, it was very rich although the blacks arnt as gpod as the Philips. The Philips also has amazing colour, but I thought it was a...
Hey does anyone play Witcher 3 on this monitor with any SweetFx or reshade mods? I have tried many and I cannot seem to find one that I like over no sweetfx mods.
Havent finished testing but my 76% ASIC Evga Hybrid is at 1285/1535, +500mem, +43mV stock BIOS. I can most likely go higher core/mem, or lower voltage, havent had much time on it and its my first time overclocking GPU.
Lol I don't wanna tempt you anymore, but seriously the difference in immersion is huge between 32" and 40".
I loved my LG 4K monitor to death because it had incredible picture quality, but when I was gaming, the 4K res felt really small to me at only 32".
So I thought to myself ill give a...
This EXACTLY!
I use to have an expensive IPS LG 4K screen that was 32" but swapped for the cheaper Philips screen koz when I first fired up Far Cry 4 on it, my jaw almost dropped from the sudden increase in immersion going from 32" to 40"
Now thr only thing missing in today's market is 40"+...
Has anyone here used the Philips and the CO's 44k/404. side by side. Just wondering if they have the same or similar IQ since they both use the same panel rite?
Lol, did you see the settings they were using, 'medium' preset for each game, because if they pushed it to 'ultra settings' the Fury X won't keep up to big maxwell.
Maybe they want to cut prices so that every1 buys a Nvidia card, basically so AMD cannot cope up and slowly kill them off, so then next year Nvidia can sell their new cards @ $2000 USD.
Yes its a shame that AMD has to resort to HBM to keep up with Nvidias GDDR5. That being said, I can't wait till Nvidia start their round of HBM, it's actually going to be groundbreaking me thinks.
Lol that mailing list is uselss. By the time that mail traverses through the network cables in it's electromagnetic signals to your inbox, it will already be out of stock!
Not to mention it doesn't OC as well.
Wish I bought the 980 Ti Hybrids when they were in stock instead of waiting for this crap. Now I have to wait a few more weeks for Hybrid to re-stock.
All I can say is I'm very dissapointed to say the least. IWas really looking forward to it and I was really expecting it to atleast beat the 980 Ti but it barely can. All this hype about revolutionary HBM technology and so, yet it still isn't a clear winner over GDDR5 Maxwell. I feel sorry for...
Damm if those VMOD becnhmarks are real, the Fury X is getting crapped on. I hope it aint real, because srsly AMD will go bank rupt, that's terrible performance. :(
Who are gonna be the lucky 10 or so people to grab the Fury X stock at launch. I know I wont be able to, everything here in Australia just seems to be out of stock all the time.
I totally disagree with you. I am playing 4K completly fine with a 5930K @ 4.4 GHz and 2x MSI GTX 980 Gamings. DAI and other games @ max detail and I run around 50 fps with occasional dips to 30 fps so it is very playable, and it is going to be even better when I get dual Fury Xs or 980 Ti's in...
I am from Australia, where the fuck do people get their information from. It feels like I have been left out....I want one now!
Also our GTX 980 Ti and Titan Xs are ~23% more than what you guys pay. $1599 AUD = ~$1250 USD for Titan X
