"Blizzard games packet loss update:
XO is currently working with AT&T on the network congestion issue resulting primarily from the increase in traffic due to Apple’s recent iOS update. Our engineers are...
I got a 770 from Galaxy just because of their presence and involvement with [H]. Sad times indeed.
Here's knocking on particle board hoping the card will last until my next upgrade...
Not officially. I've heard of some that have virtualized it but you loose any and all support from IBM in doing so. Not something I'd want to do in a production environment where you have an active maintenance agreement.

Not that I know of. Press 1 on initial boot when memory, keyboard, network, scsi, speaker display across the bottom of the console. Typically after keyboard and before speaker.
I've always found it easier to use the HMC. Plus I think it's required to do DLPAR operations should you want to run multiple AIX systems on one box. But if you're just going to use the full system partition you should be fine using the serial console.
You'll need to boot the system into SMS to...
I'll agree with you there G1... Until Bukkit gets updated to support certain mods or another security replacement comes along the [H] server is pretty limited in what you guys can put on it.
FTB would be the better route to go. It's endorsed by all of the mod authors and they are actively working with each other to make sure their mods work together. Tekkit is just a random mix of mods all thrown together by a third party.
I've had the same problem on my system with a 6970. SMP would just hang at 0% while the GPU would use a full CPU core. Turns out I get more PPD running just the SMP units than I do trying to run both so I never really tried getting it to work.
But most people don't know how to sync up Nether portals so you end up with a bunch of portals that no one knows about that conflict with one another. The admins are then left with the task of either fixing them or removing them completely. The latter often being the easiest.
Too bad there...
I plan to... Need to get settled first and get a stockpile of stuff. I think I'll help nk with the spawn area more.
On a flat surface with three rails to start from a dead stop... every 3 for unoccupied carts, 38 for occupied carts.
The ability for redstone to travel up a block but not down is huge. Plus with Glowstone acting like glass it doesn't cut off the signal if placed over the redstone.
Hmm... the new behavior of Glowstone is interesting for sure...

Need to confirm if it's still working like this on release.
Official API would be very nice. Pisses me off with the current loops you have to jump through to get certain mods to work and the constant infighting between mod developers each with their own API. Does this also mean they're gonna be working on SMP more?
