4850E + 780G has been working well for me as well! I had a little MPEG2 decoding issue but it turned out to be my TV tuner.

For reference, specs are in the signature. Basically, when I watch Live TV it'll work for a couple minutes and then the video/audio will stutter like crazy. If I hit the replay button the video that previously stuttered will play fine and after a couple minutes of watching it'll start...

I've been thinking about building one, the thing is I'm not sure I could afford to run another computer 24/7. Although I could turn the laptop and desktop off when they're not being used... and the media center power consumption is pretty low if I take the hard drives out... now you've got me...

Just Google "royalty free clip art" - plenty o' sites that offer 'em, I'm sure there are some free ones out there. I don't know if it's the same with stock clip art but with stock images it's pretty common that each image will have a separate terms of use... you may want to locate and read...

Kind of a combination; I want to turn my desktop into a media center and ditch the old one. This way if I get a laptop I can plug my keyboard/mouse/monitor into it and also unplug those and take it with me.
