GTX 4900 gets my blood flowing !!

So last night i was watching youtube i always use ms edge and the video on youtube just stopped, i close it and try to reopen and i can't. So i come to realize edge will not load, right away i figured my internet went down i checked everything it was all good. So i opened google crome an it...

So it was the memory causing the issue not the graphics card interesting. I am not to good with the hardware stuff but i but this machine could be running so much faster if i knew what i was doing!!!

Alittle update so was playing around in bios and i must f went back to default state not realizing, so there is a setting AI Overclock and was set to auto so i always keep it in d.o.c.p tweaked setting so i put it back to that and went on to flight sim and i was back to 90fps!!! I got no idear...

So i cleared it out and cleared out gpu cache still the same .......

So i always run microsoft flight sim and always been around 85fps 2 weeks ago for no reason the fps has dropped to 30 and when i fly over nyc it goes to 1, i have not done anything to make tis happen. I uninstalled fs twice i also did clean install of the drivers again but its still the same...

Also going through the list in device drivers what is AMD SMbus ? it has no drivers attached to it is that ok?

So for 3 hours searching device manager and cannot find amd chipset drivers!! Is there another way to find ? Could they not be installed ? Would the computer even run without them? I want to update them..

So i have 4 flat screen tv's connected to my rtx 4090 so all tv are hdmi cable so 1 plugs straight in the other 3 i have hmdi/display port converters at the end of the hdmi cable. So 3 of my tv are new and one is old and the smallest. So looking at the back of the graphics card looks like this...
