Yahoo Expands Newspaper Partnership

According to the Houston Chronicle, Yahoo is expanding its partnership with a consortium that runs 264 newspapers in 44 states. Yahoo will become the exclusive paid search partner for the twelve newspaper companies that comprise the consortium.

Under the definitive agreement, Yahoo will be the exclusive paid search partner for the 12 U.S. newspaper companies that comprise the consortium. Yahoo will provide the consortium's local newspaper content to its 150 million monthly U.S. visitors.
