XFX XTR 650w 80+ Gold; enough?

Hi! I have a XFX XTR 650w 80+ Gold and my question is if it will be enough to power this setup: i7-8700k (or a future i7-9700k), ASUS Z370 Hero X, 2x8gb Kingston HyperX, ASUS Cerberus GTX 1070ti, 2xSSD (Samsung and Kingston), a Corsair H100i v2 and 3xThermaltake Riing LED 120mm fans?
