XFX Radeon R9 390X + Hitman $339.99 AR

It's REALLY REALLY tempting to pick up a 390X for just about $300 - but with Polaris just around the corner, I can rock the 6970/50 a little longer I feel. It's not like the 390X's are going to get MORE expensive when the new cards are released.
 
$299 without rebate and this would be a real winner!
 
I have asus hd 7870 in crossfire but the are feeling the age. I am leaning towards AMD as their chips seems to be more compatible with DirectX 12 in hardware than Nvidia who has to use drivers and sheer raw horse power and run ineffcient compared to the new AMD cards coming out.
