Xbox 360 won't work in HD on 2407.

Maybe try a different resolution? I don't know much about the 2407, but maybe it doesn't accept 1080p over component.

It's not a 'maybe' it's a definite 'No', the 2407 cannot display 1080p. The 2407 can display from 1080i and lower.
I'm trying to play my 360 on my 2407 via component cable. For some reason, all I'm getting is a black screen. I'm sure I hooked up everything correctly, is there anything else I should try?
Try using the VGA cable and set it to 1280x720.
I think trying it out with the VGA cable is my best bet. It was set on 1080i from being on my TV earlier, and wouln't work. Another issue is when I have it set on 480i using the composite cable, it still doesn't work when I switch it to component. I slide the switch to HDTV on the AV cable and it just goes to black.
