WTT: amd2500 and MSI K7N2 Delta L for p4 mobo+cpu

im looking to try out a p4 setup so in exchange i have an amd2500 that runs at 3200 speeds and i keep my cpu cooled to 39c degrees idle and 42c~ max load. Just to let u kno that the cpu doesnt run hot at all. my K7N2 delta L mobo, what can i say i run 1gb of dual channel ddr and my amd off of it. so its in very good condition. I dust my system about every month with that can-air stuff to keep it running cool. I still maintain all the box's manuals etc for my mobo so its going to come like it was new.

Im looking for a good class p4 cpu and a good p4 mobo. let me know what you have and ill check it out.
