The board is used ($100) and the chip is new ($330). I'm selling because I've decided that I'd rather have a LGA 2011 rig, as apposed to a second LGA 1155 one.

Q6700 Computer:

I'd like to get maybe $500 for this machine. (It will probably be going on eBay in a week or two) Feel free to make an offer, but please keep in mind that it will also be coming with Windows Home Premium Installed. (CD key is on the case) I'm willing to sell the CPU and motherboard separately and the memory will go free with either or.

The Coolit Freezone keeps the Q6700 nice and cool at 4Ghz. The chip will boot into windows and run smaller benchmarks at 4.2Ghz, but at that point the Gskill memory modules start to hold you back. With better memory you'll be able to hit a nicer overclock.

I'll definitely let you know, but thats a small chance. Again if it's a trade I don't mind shipping first(depending on the heat and person), but I see no reason why I should except only 50% of cash payment up front. Especially when paypal disputes side with the buyer anyway, and I'm not asking to be paid as a gift.
