How much has been written to the Samsung Pro 840?

edit: I ask as I'm considering adding it to a system that'll abuse it a bit more than normal in RAID.

Here are the SSD write totals, all of which are pretty low compared to their expected endurance:

840 Pro - 25 TB
850 EVO - 15 TB, 15 TB, and 2.5 TB

As best I can tell, that puts the 840 Pro somewhere at 10% into its write endurance. The EVOs are at 10% or less as well.
