WTB: Z390 combo kit

Looking to buy a combo on this chipset. Trying to keep prices on the lower end because this is a secret santa for someone in another community and they guy was asking for just a GPU but has a core2duo/GTS450 system right now. Im shipping my GTX980 i have as well as the combo as a suprise upgrade.

Preferences-
Motherboard: Z390 ATX board
CPU: 4-6 core is entertained. 9900k isnt wanted unless your really looking to hook me up with a deal.
Ram: 16GB, tridentz 3200 is optimal

If you were ok with itx, I have a Strix z390 itx, 8700K delidded with liquid metal and copper IHS, and 2x16Gb Samsung ddr4 that runs the same speed/timings as the TridentZ 3200s. I could include my phanteks low profile 120mm cooler for free. $500 shipped
