WTB - Video card

Looking to buy a video card for my son's computer. It needs to be no more than $20 shipped and needs to be able to run off of the PCI-E power supply (it cannot require additional power). I prefer Nvidia and am thinking - GTX-650? Kepler of course. Thanks!
 
I have a low profile Nvidia Quadro NVS 300 you can have for cost of shipping. You will have to get the adapter cable for it. Supposedly it can handle a DMS59 to DisplayPort Cable Adaptor, DMS59 to DVI-I Cable Adaptor, or DMS59 to VGA Cable Adaptor.

Bump. Just a head's up that nothing is set in stone. The $20 figure was derived from the performance level and prices I've seen other items selling for $50 for GTX-750TI for example. I'm always willing to negotiate.
