WTB: Router and possibly a Comcast voice modem for their 900 plan

I want to buy a cheap WiFi AX (AKA WiFi 6) or an older AC router

For the WiFi 6 version I would prefer an Asus as I like their firmware interface, and for the AC router I want a Netgear R7800 or higher as long as it compatible with DD-WRT any router like the R7800 or better is fine.

Looking to spend around $120 for the router.

For the modem I'm just seeing what is out there as my step father just upgraded to the Comcast 900 plan and his older Comcast provided modem/router/EMTA is only good too 600 (I think) I need one with the voice ports (AKA EMTA) as he has the phone line through comcast. He also want and all in one device like the older one was.
Just seeing what is out there but he is probably going to just end up renting the newer one from them as well unless someone has a killer deal on a surplus device!

PS: The router is for me and the modem combo is for my stepfather this is why I'm asking for a combo device AND a router.
