looking for a Mobo/Ram!!! This is to build me a nice new server system to replace what i currently got.

This system will NOT be overclocked, Onboard video on mobo is OK!!
Looking to spend as little as possible so please dont be a douche and try to sell me parts at newegg prices (YOU PEOPLE KNOW WHO YOU ARE)

Current Needs are:
MOBO: Not Cheapies, i want Gigabyte, ASUS, Intel, real good shit!!!
RAM: IF the Price is Right 2x2GB
