WTB: P4 Mobo - Abit IS7/IC7 or similar please! - US

I need a P4 motherboard with at least onboard 5.1 sound, dual channel, 800FSB, SATA if possible, and Lan if possible.
The 2 mobos I mentioned in the topic are what I am hoping to get, but I am willing to look at other suggestions!

I Pm'd you with my offer of buying the motherboard, and from your response I take it you wont sell just the board and not the CPU. I dont need the CPU as I already have one.
