With a great emphasis on cheap, but with all the necessary accessories/parts to make it complete. This might be a very long shot but I am looking at $150 to $200 shipped if thats even remotely possible. :D
 
I have a brand new rail kit for it (for mounting in a rack) that I'd sell you if you're interested... drop me a PM.
