WTB: Nokia Lumia 620

Looking for a cheap Nokia Lumia 521 or 620 to use w/ T-Mobile (only for a couple of months before I jump to a Nexus 5 or something else). Cheapest I've found for either is $99 (521 through Amazon and 620 through AIO w/ 1-month commitment), so I'm hoping to spend less than that via 2nd hand, otherwise I'll just get a 521 via Amazon.
