WTB: New mATX mobo socket A

Looking to get a new (semi used no damaged) mATX mobo has to be socket A, needs atleast 3 PCI and 1 AGP, do not need CNR or any of that other stuff... has to have intergrated LAN atleast 2 USB, i do not want one with intergrated Video, atleast 2 dimm slots, DDR 184 pin, NO Pc chips, ECS. if you have a mobo that falls into this catagory or know of a good one online from a new store, please let me know, best way to contact me is by AIM
