WTB: low end, quiet PCIe GPU

I'm Looking for a very low end (Ala 6200, 7300, 7600) nVidia PCIe card.

The cheaper the better, honestly, as this is going in an office machine. I'm looking for around the 25$ shipped mark.

Oh, and quiet cards (even passive ones) would be greatly appreciated!
