Look to spend between $350 - $450 on a full rig. No graphics card needed but would like a build from Ivy bridge or Haswell. MATX or ITX preferred. This system is mainly for casual gaming and streaming. Please send me your serious inquiries through private message.

You must have heatware.

I just built a fantastic system off an ebay Dell Precision T7500 for a friend who wanted to put together a cheap system. It was a Xeon six core X5660, with 32GB of DDR 3 ECC RAM, with a 1,100 watt silver (87% efficient power supply) which is standard on every build. A nice big case with plenty of room, a DVD rom drive, (2) 1TB SSDs, a 2GB ATI workstation graphics card that actually can play some older games like Team Fortress 2 type games perfectly well. It included windows 7 pro COA sticker.

I bought him a 970 card to go with it for $230 before rebate, and am selling off the included SSD's to help pay for the video cardl. He'll have a rocking system for the money. A X5660 beats a I7-6700K in multithreaded benchmarks according to CPUboss.

Here's a search term you might start with on ebay. I don't know any of these sellers I'm just giving you some ideas. The Dell Precision T7500 workstation boots fast, is really quiet, has a VERY capable motherboard with pretty much every bell and whistle (except overclocking) and if you get a six core Xeon they are still really capable - - especially when you consider that DX12 is going to utilze multiple cores more effectively on the CPU.
