Looking for the best price/performance motherboard/cpu/combo within this price range. I'm in Canada so shipping from the states may be expensive or inconvenient.

EDIT: Looking for mostly i7/xeon combos in the sandy bridge or newer era

What are you preference AMD or Intel, are you looking for an gaming, graphics, or other type. This would help assist you in getting the computer you would like.

16GB ECC DDR3 1333MHz
2 x coolermaster 212+ HSF

for $300 i will swap the cpus for 6276 (16 cores per CPU 2.3GHz)
