WTB: AMD A64 socket 939 motherboard + CPU

Going to be replacing an ASUS AV8 motherboard, if you have a cpu combo to go with it, that would be great. PM me with a price that includes shipping. heat is in my sig, it should be shipped to los angeles, ca.

some requirements:
- Would prefer PCI-E, but will accept AGP
- Board should support DDR memory, if it is DDR2, I would prefer it to come with the combo
- for the CPU, I have a 3800+ x2, but I am uncertain if it works or not - Would prefer that the cpu is equal or greater

Dual core? Single core? I assume PCI-e and not AGP?
Any on-board requirements for motherboard?
