WTB: 939 proc, cpu HSF, psu

Ok everyone, I am scrambling to put together some old hardware for a backup pc as my main is down. Here's what I need:

-939 proc This can be single core, but preferably dual core. All offers please.
-psu Capable of SLi for two 7900gtx
-DDR ram I would like to find 2gb+ but all offers please.
-dfi ultra-d chipset fan any fan or waterblock will work

I have a couple of TRUE's and an EnzoTech here:

The TRUE's have 775 mounts but I'm sure I have 939 mounts around somewhere. Let me know if any of those would work for you.
