Would a Noctua NH-D15 fit in an Antec 902?

Has anyone here by chance tried to use a Noctua NH-D15 in an Antec 902 case? If so, does it fit OK?

My concern is that the NH-D15 would not have enough clearance to the 120mm exhaust fan at the back of the case and/or to the case side panel vs. the top of the heatsink, especially if I had to raise the fan's mount position up to provide enough clearance for RAM.

It's a great cooler for its size and price no doubt about that, and IMO a lot of people should be considering it instead of a Hyper 212 EVO. It still can't quite match a monster like the D15 though:

When it comes to air coolers there is only so much you can do before you simply need more surface area and/or airflow to hit lower temps. Whether you actually need that extra cooling is debatable and depends on your use case though.
