Windows 7 color just went screwy

I have no idea what happened.. I booted into W7, everything looked fine, but 10 seconds after I was logged in the colors changed and everything went... bright? or washed out.. or something. The reds are now bright and jumping out, oranges are high contrast, blues are super bright, it's like when you adjust the Color setting on your TV to super high and everything looks washed out with color.

I tried updating my drivers (nvidia 8800), rebooting, restarting, everything. Same thing happens. System boots up, everything is okay for 10 seconds, then it all goes color crazy.

Any ideas on what I can do about this?

I have a BenQ LCD of some sort.

Check that the colour adjustment sliders in the Nvidia control panel are in the default position.
