Jul 13, 2004 #3 N Nitro16 Gawd Joined Jul 17, 2000 Messages 547 BH5 is made using the 0.18µ process and CH5 is the newer revision of the same chips, using a smaller 0.13µ process I believe. There were also AH rev Winbond ICs aswell, but these didnt overclock much past 166-180MHz.
