Why does my motherboard sing?

This is a AMD X4 system (old). Whenever the system is processing, the motherboard makes a screeching noise. Not the Harddrive (SSD), not the PSU or the fans or the internal speaker.....the motherboard itself. Very strange....I would guess its the voltage regulators or chokes or something on the motherboard.
