Who makes a good DVI switch ?

I need a box to switch between two DVI sources and a monitor. I don't need KB/M too.
There is a new Belkin SOHO 2-port switch model F1DD102U no reserve on ebay. Looks like it was originally quite expensive but it has terrible reviews.

Also there is a passive box for only $30, and others even cheaper, but it's probably crap ? Or is a DVI switch that inexpensive to manufacture without losing quality ?

It's not quite as cheap as a Big Mac, but it's pretty close. $30 is fair, since that's what you'd pay for a HDMI switch which would work just as well for your purposes (with the right cables.)

DVI is digital, as long as a 1 or a 0 makes it to the other end of the cable the picture will still be perfect. It's not like VGA where running an unshielded cable near a wall outlet would cause half the picture to go fuzzy. ;)
