A while back, I got a CD with my GTXP with a bunch of players on it. -
Hercules Media Station II
Siren Jukebox Xpress
Magix Player Jukebox
Yamaha XG Studio
Acid Xpress

Is anyone of these better than the other to use for mp3, wav, and midi files? Should I install one of these or just keep using Windows Media Player?
 
I highly recommend iTunes. that is one GREAT piece of software. itll just convert any WMA files to AAC or something, or maybe MP3, not sure.
 
Use the search function for a wealth of information about the best music players. I'd recommend foobar2000 along with most people here in computer audio. www.foobar2000.org
