Which DVD+/-RW...

I have a choice between getting 2 DVD+/-RW:

LG 4081B 8x DVD-/+RW (4x DVD-R/RW, 8x DVD+R/RW, 24x16x32x) $111

or

LG 4082B 8x DVD-/+RW (8 DVD-R/RW, 8x DVD+R/RW, 24x16x32x) $131


Which one would be the best overall and do either of them have the ability to burn Dual Layer with a firmware upgrade?

I am headed towards the latter, but all suggestions are appreciated...
 
That's CAD...

And those are the only choices I have... Parents won't buy online :(. So I have to buy local, and well those are the best ones.
 
If those are your only choices, I would hold off personally. BTW, this is in the wrong forum.
 
acetic, hold off until the new LG 4120B hits the market.. 12X +R, 8X -R, 2.4X +R DL, 5X DVD-RAM.Looks good!

When might it approximately be coming out (sorry for slow reply... forgot about this thread) I take it it wont be out before the 22nd? Oh well, I'll just take cash for a gift, and wait until the LG 4120B comes out.
