Hey everyone. I'd like to start by saying I'm a total newb when it comes to water cooling. I know how it works, but I don't REALLY know much about it. I'm gradually turning my PC from a game machine to a HTPC. It still has a verticle form factor which is fine, but it is too LOUD!
This is what I'm looking for in a watercooling system.
1) QUIET!
2) Fits (hopefully entirely) inside my current case (A Thermaltake Tsunami Dream)
3) Cools CPU, Chipset, and SLI gfx cards
4) Not very expensive
5) I don't overclock and my video cards are just 6600gt's so I am only looking to replace the fans that are loud, not to improve temps.
Mostly it needs to be absolutely silent (If possible) and fit inside my case, it doesn't need to be a huge system to overclock and benchmark with.

Also, I was thinking about building my own BLACK plexiglass case to make everything fit better. Does anyone know where I can get good information on actually building a case?
