What's the best Intel based microATX motherboard?

I'm looking for a good Intel chipset based microATX board, with lots of tweaks in bios and good performance. It's for a small gaming pc, with a 8800GT and 6850 CPU. I want to do some decent overclocking, but nothing over the top. Any recommendations? What's the best microATX mobo around? :)

ps: I'm not in a hurry to buy it, in february i will purchase it.

I grabbed the P5E-VM HDMI for two reasons... it's a perfect "down the line" board to upgrade my HTPC with, and it has serious overclocking options. Currently I'm running my Q6600 at 8x400 - 3200MHz.
