what would be better?

1. [email protected] w/1.175v ram@850 (4:5 divider ie. 2.5)

2. [email protected] w/1.2 ram@700 (1:1 divider)

I'll probably just finish running orthos on this 2.8ghz OC then I'll put it back to 2.72 because it runs about 2*C cooler

I'm thinking I must've gotten some good ram if it happily runs 850mhz

You could use something like Prime95 to see which is quicker, although it isn't a comprehensive benchmark.

well on 2.8 it failed after 2.5 hours so that decided it for me

lol, good stuff. i just realized I meant SuperPi in that post too. My god I've been absent minded a lot lately.

I did run Super PI and the differences were neglible so I guess thats a good thing
