Ok so here is what cpu-z is reporting:

What does the FSB:DRAM timing mean?

Shouldnt it be one to one?

Do i fix it in the bios?

BTW I have

MSI Neo Platinum
Kingston HyperX pc3200

in this system

It means that your memory timings are 2.5-3-3-8 which is a little high... I thought that the HyperX series was rated faster than that. Hmmm do you have it set to detect your memory timings by SPD in your bios? You may want to mess with manually setting those to see the highest you can attain. Don't forget to raise your VDIMM a little, or just go for 2.8v My Mushkin runs at 2-2-2-5 @ 2.8v for a comparison for you. Though they are Winbond BH6 chips, prolly better than the chips Kingston throw in their HyperX series

The athlon 64 doesn't use a conventional memory controller. CPU-Z reports the speed of the ram vs the speed of the processor core. In essence, it's running at 1:1
