What BIOS for my NF7-S!?

hey everyone!
I have an NF7-S (v2.0) mobo, and I start doing OC and got stuck at 210FSB, so I decided to try changing the BIOS version to the modded d10 ones. so what version you think I should try and will be the best, and if you can give a link it will be great!

I heard goods about few beta versions...
d10 beta4
d10 beta2
d10 beta4x2 or 4x4.
So what of them you think will be good for me, and a link will really help,
